A graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty at the University of Silesia in Katowice and a post-diploma course of study in the Warsaw School of Economics – European financial, economic and legal relations.

• an advisor for infrastructure projects (concessions, PPP) both for local governments and private entities concerning e.g. construction of railway stations, water-sewage infrastructure, construction of landfills, land-use changes, revitalization and urban development as well as renovation of historic buildings;
• provides on-going legal advisory services in the field of labour law for international and Polish entrepreneurs and employment agencies and she is involved in negotiations with labour unions during collective disputes;
• a legal adviser of HR departments within the automotive industry;
• advises in the procedures concerning preparation and negotiating commercial agreements and contracts as well as in the field of current corporate issues;
• specializes also in merger and other ownership changes, including purchase of enterprises, merger and acquisition of companies, changes in equity as well as M&A transactions on capital markets;
• a negotiator and adviser with regard to conclusion of contracts of sales of shares (stocks), both for the sellers and buyers. An attorney in numerous court and arbitration proceedings, including before common courts, the Supreme Court, National Appeal Chamber  and the Court of Arbitration at the National Chamber of Commerce;
• recently, was successfully representing a client participating in the tender for municipal waste collection in Łódź;
• an author of numerous publications concerning commercial law, labour law, energetic law as well as the new system of municipal waste management.
